As Vice President of EUSEM, I actively contribute to the society’s strategic vision and governance. I lead initiatives that promote medical education, professional development, and cross-border collaboration in emergency medicine. My role includes decision-making at board level, evaluating new projects, and advocating for high-quality training, equitable access to care, and stronger networks among emergency physicians across Europe.
