Gene is a paediatrician working at the KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital’s Children’s Emergency.

He has a keen interest in paediatric resuscitation science, paediatric toxicology and simulation training and education. Some of his academic roles include being a core faculty in the SingHealth Emergency Medicine ACGME-I programme, an associate editor of the Emergency Medicine Journal and is also an emeritus member of the ILCOR pediatric life support taskforce. • Senior Consultant, KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital, from 05/2016 to Present
